At Café Don Emilio, we produce authentic Costa Rican artisanal coffee in the mountains of Pérez Zeledón. Our family grows, harvests, and processes every coffee bean with care. We cultivate our coffee in San Luis Morete and El Ceibo, two regions known for their strong agricultural tradition and ideal climate.

Our family handpicks every bean during harvest season. Unlike industrial coffee production, we oversee every step ourselves. This hands-on approach allows us to maintain quality and consistency throughout the process. We believe great coffee starts with respect for the land, careful harvesting, and artisanal craftsmanship.
